It seems alot of mainstream grocery stores are redefining their retail marketing structure by putting up aisles solely stocked with Latino based goods. On one hand it is very convenient becuase Latinos still cook the foods that they were raised eating to their family. I for one have been raised by mom’s Puerto Rican cooking that was taught by her mother and at times she would have to adjust the ingredients to the ones sold in the United States.
It’ll be interesting to see how the survey will adjust the marketing strategy to target the Latino groups in the United States
